To protect your rights and interests, we may require you to provide identity verification information before processing your request.

五. Protection of Children's Privacy

We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not intentionally collect Personal Information from Children. If you are a Child, please do not provide any Personal Information to us and use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

With your consent, some information may be stored on compliant servers of our overseas affiliated companies or third-party service providers. After account cancellation, we will provide a 30-day grace period (for account recovery). Upon expiration of the grace period, your Personal Information will be fully deleted, with a maximum extension of 90 days due to technical processing complexity.
